Session Information
Provide basic details about this Johari Window session. This information will appear in all exported reports.
Participants
Add each team member who will complete a Johari Window. Each participant will self-assess and receive peer ratings.
Trait List
Customize the adjectives/traits used in this session. The default list reflects common Johari Window practice. Add or remove as appropriate for your team context.
Self-Assessment
Each participant selects the traits they feel describe themselves. Ask participants to choose 5–8 adjectives that they genuinely identify with. Participants complete this privately before peer ratings.
Peer Ratings
For each participant, other team members select traits they observe in that person. Ask peers to select traits they have genuinely observed — 5–8 traits per person. This is completed as a group or via round-robin.
